for the love of pete
for the love of pete is a great book. I am a big fan of Julia Harper’s alter ego, Elizabeth Hoyt, so I thought I would give this contemporary a go. I LOVED it. My only complaint were the names of the two Indian women kept messing with my reading, I would have to slow down to sound them out every time. This really has nothing to do with the story, just something that bothered me. Dante Torelli is a hot character. His caring nature and ability to take care of Zoey in the face of the situations they find themselves in is sexy. Zoey is a free spirit who loves her niece and will do anything to get her back. The relationship between Dante and Zoey is sweet. His attraction for her has less to do with her appearance then her caring nature and stubbornness. I can’t wait to read more from Julia Harper/Elizabeth Hoyt.
