From the back of the book:
Sparks fly when a love charm goes awry and talented witch Stasi Romanov finds herself in a preternatural lawsuit matching wits with devastatingly handsome wizard attorney Trevor Barnes. Then mysterious magic from an unknown enemy threatens to turn the town into a modern day Salem, and Stasi’s witchy friends gather for the fight. They need Trevor’s powerful help. but every witch knows you can’t trust a wizard, and soon Stasi is fighting for her life and her heart.
When I started reading this book, I was a little thrown off by the change in main characters. I had expected this book to be about Jazz still, but was pleasantly surprised to be reading about Stasi and Blair. These two character’s complement each other completely. I love how they took care of each other and anticipated each other’s needs. Trevor and Stasi share a great chemistry. (I love the red hearts that fly about their heads.) The mystical happenings in this book kept me guessing to the very end. Fluff and Puff (my two favorite characters) were around, as was Irma, Jazz, and Nick.
I felt that changing the main character was a great way to continue on the series. Jazz has plenty of witchy friends who can get in as much trouble as Jazz – she shouldn’t be alowed to have all of the fun.
