I really need to try this show and book series. From what I’ve been reading about both, they sound quite interesting!
I watched the debut episode last week and recorded the episode for this week but haven’t watched it yet. IMO, it is geared more to the teenager and doesn’t seem to hold the spice that True Blood has. I’m giving this show a chance but the jury is still out on it.
That being said, I would like to read the books. Sometimes, I enjoy the book than the movie/TV program. Count me in the drawing please.

I watched the first episode of the show and enjoyed it.
I have the show DVR’d, and I’m waiting for a time when I’m not so busy to watch them. I’m hoping I can get a break from homework, cleaning, etc, to at least check out the first episode. I would love to read the books.. I hate watching a series(TV) based on a series(Books) without reading them. So enter me, please!

I’m already hooked! I also saw Vampire Diaries lead actress Nina Dobrev in a 2008 TV movie Never Cry Werewolf this past weekend!
I have not watched this show yet, I didn’t know about it. I may have to check it out. I have not read the book series either, but it sounds very interesting.
I really like the show so far. I thought it was going to be bad, but I’m eager to see the next episode.
I catched a rerun of the premiere (I was working that night!) and it was surprisingly not bad! LOL I haven’t read the book though but now I’m really curious.
I’m wondering if it’s going to be one of those intances when a book is made into a movie/tv show but it feels totally difference than the book. I hope not!
My daughter loves the show too. She’s also got me watching True Blood. Vampire Diaries looks to be even better than that. I haven’t read t he book but heard it was great.
