From the back of the book:
Suffering from writer’s block and with no lover to speak of, novelist Laura Watkins is in a funk. She needs a getaway and a release. Fast. So is her secret fantasy - to be watched by a stranger.
His screen name is Flyboy1. He likes what he sees. He wants to open up for her too. They’re only one click away from exploring an after-hours game of exhibitionism and voyeurism where anything goes. But it’s time to take it one step further - by meeting i the flesh. This time, there are no rules, no limits, and absolutely nothing to come between them…
This book just didn’t do it for me. I am a huge fan of Lacey Alexander and this is the first time I haven’t loved one of her books. I think I had a hard time with Flyboy1 watching her in the first place and that set the tone for me. I overcame that when they finally met face to face, but I wasn’t able to get into the story. I will admit that the ending had me shedding a few tears as I had started to really root for the couple to fall in love!
the book girl gives VOYEUR a 3/5!
