MY RECKLESS SURRENDER is another fantastic book by Anna Campbell. Again I was struck by the emotion in Ms. Campbell’s writing. At first I wasn’t sure if I could like Diana. She was basically selling herself in exchange for a material possession. I did come to understand her motivation more as the story unfolded and grew to like her a lot. I loved Ashcroft and the way he is with Diana, both before and after he knows the truth about her. These two characters are both changed throughout the course of the book, which is something I love. I felt this was, like Ms. Campbell’s other book CAPTIVE OF SIN, a fantastic romance.
