Review: SHOULD’VE BEEN A COWBOY by Vicki Lewis Thompson

Wanted: One hot cowboy…

Party organizer Tyler O’Connelli is on the fast track to her dream career. She’s so close she can almost taste it. But when she returns to her family and sees her one-night stand, Alex Keller, all done up in his cowboy gear, her self-control is stretched to the breaking point….

They’re worlds apart. She’s a busy career girl, and Alex is a cowboy. But while getting
together might not bode well for anything longterm, it more than makes up for it in sheer hot chemistry! Problem is, this is one wrangler she might want to get tied down—and tied up—to…indefinitely!

First, this book has the most amazing cover. I read it on my kindle, but pre-0rdered a paper copy for the cover, lol. This is the fourth book in the Sons of Chance series. I loved that we were getting another story with these characters. I loved the Chance brothers and Alex. Alex and Tyler are fantastic together and they have chemistry to spare. I loved how, no matter how he felt, Alex wouldn’t interfere with Tyler’s dreams of becoming a cruise director. Tyler evolves during the book in a significant way and she learns about herself too. I really liked how subtle the changes were written. It felt natural and not forced. SHOULD’VE BEEN A COWBOY is a sweet and sexy story!

the book girl gives SHOULD’VE BEEN A COWBOY a 4/5
